Hasetins has state-of-the-art facilities for transformation of raw commodities. Commodities from the companies’ mining sites are transported to the facilities for transformation of minerals into high-value target commodities.
Upon arrival, raw materials are subject to size reduction, followed by classification, separation, and other proprietary systems to extract minerals depending on Mineral characteristics. Skilled technical operators oversee machine calibration and throughput control to ensure consistent operational parameters.
Hasetins collects supplementary feedstocks from artisanal miners. These collaborations with artisanal miners also play a role in supporting local economies and livelihoods within mining communities. By offering a reliable market for their output. Hasetins contributes to the economic viability of these small-scale operations. Post-processing analysis measures recovery rates, grade enrichment, and residue composition data, which is then used to optimize process design through statistical modeling and iterative experimentation.
